Introduction
Unlock the power of Connectif for your loyalty campaigns. By connecting Loyoly to Connectif (CDP / Marketing Automation), you automatically push your customers' loyalty data (point balance, VIP tier, status…) to their profiles, and you send Loyoly events into Connectif to trigger enriched workflows. 🚀
💡 Connectif is widely used by e-commerce brands on Shopify and in the Spanish market. This integration lets you segment on loyalty, automate on Loyoly events, and set it all up on your own, with no development required.
Before you start
To set up the integration, you need:
An active Loyoly account with access to the integration settings
An active Connectif account with the rights to retrieve an API key
💡 Once connected, to activate your events and emails, see the guide Set up your events and workflows with Connectif.
How to connect Connectif to Loyoly
The Connectif integration is done via an API key, from the Loyoly back office.
1. Log in to your Loyoly back office, go to Settings → Integrations → Connectif and click Connect.
2. Retrieve your connection details (API key) from your Connectif account, then paste them into Loyoly.
Well done! Connectif is now connected to Loyoly 🌟
Once the connection succeeds, a data sync starts, transferring your customers' loyalty information to Connectif.
💡 Depending on the number of customers, the data sync may take several hours.
Which properties are synced with Connectif
To personalize your campaigns, Loyoly shares certain customer information on their Connectif profiles. Here is the detail:
Customer point balance: the point balance the customer can use right now.
Customer mission count: the number of missions they have completed.
Customer reward count: the total number of rewards the customer has claimed.
Customer referral count: the number of referrals made by the customer.
Customer VIP tier name: the tier the customer belongs to. Shown only if the customer is in a tier. Updated whenever the customer changes tier.
Phone number: the phone number provided by the customer on their account.
Customer date of birth: generally used for birthday reward attribution.
Last activity date: the date the customer last interacted with the loyalty program or store.
Wallet installed: whether the customer has installed the loyalty card in their smartphone wallet (true or false).
Loyalty opt-in date: the date the customer opted in to join the loyalty program.
And that's almost it! ✅
After connecting your account, you need to set up your events and email flows. See the guide Set up your events and workflows with Connectif for the full setup.
