Fastmag Integration

Introduction

The Fastmag integration allows you to connect your Fastmag POS to Loyoly to centralize your customer data and reward your shoppers both in-store and online.

Once the integration is activated, your customers accumulate points on their in-store purchases and can use their rewards at your physical locations as well as on your e-commerce site.


How to connect Fastmag to Loyoly?

Step 1 — From your Loyoly back-office, go to Settings → Integrations, then select Fastmag.

Step 2 — Enter the connection details provided by Fastmag, then click Connect.

  • API URL — The URL of your Fastmag instance. For example: https://app4.fastmag.fr/BOA/auth/token

  • Database (db) — The name of your Fastmag database.

  • Store — Your store identifier in Fastmag.

  • AppSource — The application source configured for Loyoly. For example: LOYOLY

  • User — The user ID for the API connection.

  • Password — The password associated with this user.

Once connected, the integration status will be displayed on the integrations page. You can disconnect Fastmag at any time from this same page.

Automatically synchronized information

During synchronization, Loyoly retrieves the following information from Fastmag for each customer:

  • Email address

  • Date of birth

  • Email Opt-in

  • SMS Opt-in

  • Phone number

Automatically validated missions

As soon as the integration is active, certain missions in your loyalty program are automatically validated thanks to the data synchronized from Fastmag:

  • Make a purchase — validated for every purchase recorded in the Fastmag POS.

  • Newsletter Opt-in — validated if the customer is an email opt-in in Fastmag.

  • SMS Opt-in — validated if the customer is an SMS opt-in in Fastmag.

  • Birthday — validated on the birth date registered in Fastmag.
