Introduction
In this article, you'll learn how to create and set up a "Leave a Facebook review" mission.
This mission lets your customers earn points quickly by leaving a public review on your Facebook page. They can then exchange these points for rewards.
Create the mission
Go to the Missions section, then click Create a mission. In the mission library, under the Review Missions tab, select Leave a Facebook review.
⚠️ Before creating the mission, connect your page from Integrations > Facebook: your page link will be prefilled in the mission. See the guide Facebook integration: connect your page and your customers' accounts.
Set up the mission
After clicking Create, you set up the mission in two tabs. A preview on the right shows you in real time what your customers will see.
Title: name the mission, for example "Leave us a review on Facebook".
Points: 250 points by default. Adjust them to keep the mission attractive.
Description: add a detailed description to guide your customers.
Link to your Facebook page: it is prefilled with the page connected in Integrations > Facebook, and you can edit it.
2. Advanced settings
Icon: Facebook logo by default, Custom Icon (90×90) or Custom Image.
How it works: a prefilled text explains the steps to your customers. You can customize it.
Targeting: Open to all, or Apply to a list or a level (VIP tier).
Then click Draft to keep the mission as a draft, or Activate to publish it.

Mission verification
To complete the mission, your customer:
Clicks Leave a review: your Facebook page opens, and they recommend you by publishing their review in public.
Comes back to the mission and clicks Validate the mission.
The mission is then automatically verified by our algorithm. Your customer doesn't need to provide a screenshot or a link.
⚠️ The review must be public. A private review cannot be verified. Only reviews published while the mission is active are taken into account.
Frequently asked questions
Can I add the same mission several times?
Yes. Once your users have completed it, you can deactivate the mission and create a new one.
Why hasn't a customer's mission been validated?
Check that their review is public and that it was published while the mission was active.
