Introduction
The Facebook integration lets you add Facebook missions to your loyalty program. Loyoly automatically checks that your customers have completed them and helps you measure their performance.
It works in two steps:
you connect your Facebook page from the back office;
your customers connect their Facebook account from your program.
Connect your Facebook page
In the back office, go to Integrations, then to the Facebook card.
Click Connect.
Paste your Facebook page URL into the field.
Click Connect.
Once connected, the screen shows "Facebook is connected to Loyoly" with your page URL.
💡 You don't need to log in to your Facebook account: the page URL is enough. It is then prefilled in the Leave a Facebook review mission.
⚠️ The page URL can't be edited. To link another page, click Disconnect, then enter the new URL.
Connecting your customers' Facebook accounts
For their Facebook missions to be validated automatically, your customers link their Facebook account to your program only once:
from the program's Settings, in the Facebook connection section (next to Instagram and TikTok);
or directly when starting a Facebook mission.
The customer enters their Facebook @ and clicks Validate. They then see their profile picture, their @ and their number of followers. They can change their account at any time.
⚠️ If the account can't be found, the customer sees the message "Unable to connect your account – Account not found". They can then enter another account or contact your support.
💡 Your customers' content (reviews, reels, comments) must be public for the mission to be validated. The check happens when the customer completes the mission.
Available Facebook missions
Once your page is connected, you can create these missions from the Missions section:
Leave a Facebook review: your customer leaves a public review on your page (Review Missions tab).
Publish a Facebook reel: your customer publishes a reel with your hashtags (Content Missions tab).
Comment on this Facebook post: your customer comments on a specific post from your page (Engagement Missions tab).
💡 Find all the missions offered by Loyoly in Available missions.
