Wallet overview
On the left side of your screen, a new button labeled “Wallet” allows you to access this section.
Analysis
At the top of the section, a dashboard is displayed to give you an overview of the card installation.
It shows:
The total number of cards installed
The number of Google cards installed
The number of Apple cards installed
Wallet customization
This section allows you to customize the appearance of your card to match your brand identity.
By configuring your brand colors and visual elements, you improve the consistency and recognition of your service among users.
Card name
You can give your card a name so that your users can easily recognize it.
Description
Explain to your users how the feature works.
Referral
This is the text that your users will see on the referral QR code in the wallet.
Logo customization
You can customize your card by adding logos to showcase your visual identity directly in the wallet.
Customizable elements include:
the notification logo
the Apple Wallet card logo
the Google Wallet card logo
the card banner
Loyalty card colors
You can customize the color of the card and text with a single configuration, valid on both Apple and Google.
Customizing card fields
The Customizing card fields section lets you display the information that matters most to your customers on the front of the Wallet card: loyalty points, first and last name, VIP tier, and now custom fields that you can define freely.
Standard fields and labels
By default, you can enable:
the number of loyalty points,
the customer's first and last name,
the VIP tier name.
Add a custom field
You can now add your own fields on the front of the card:
Click on Add a custom text field.
Name the label (e.g. Member code, Points balance, VIP status…) — this label appears on the card.
Enter the value or the variable associated with it. The field appears instantly in the preview.
Reorder fields
The display order can be changed by drag & drop: drag each field to the desired position. The preview updates in real time.
Card name on Apple Wallet
⚠️ Apple Wallet specifics: the card name you enter in Wallet customization → Card name does not appear on the front of the Apple Wallet card. It is still used for:
the BO preview,
card identification on Google Wallet,
and the title of geofenced push notifications.
Instead, display key information on the front using a custom field (e.g. label My [Brand] Loyalty Card).
💡 Best practices:
Limit yourself to 3-4 fields on the front to keep the card readable.
Put high-value information first (points, VIP status).
Test on both Apple and Google Wallet — rendering may differ slightly.
Wallet links
You can add links on the back of the card in the wallet which can for example, redirect to:
the loyalty program,
a new collection,
or any other page on your website.
How to do it?
Link name
Here, you can assign a name to your link. This is the name your customers will see directly on the card in their wallet.
Link URL
Enter the URL for the link. This address will not be displayed to customers, but will be used to open the corresponding page when they click on the link from their wallet.
CTA name
Enter the name of the CTA. This text will be visible to your customers on the card and will clearly indicate the action to be taken when they click on it.
Identification
This section allows you to choose the format of the digital ID that will appear on your customers' cards. This code will be scanned at the checkout to identify the customer.
Code type:
You can choose between a QR Code to include the customer ID and the referral link.
Or
An EAN 13 code for a classic barcode format to include the customer ID.
Text visible under the ID:
You can customise the message that appears just below the code. This can be an instruction (‘Scan me’).
💡 The text you set in Identification → Text visible under the ID (e.g. "Scan me") is now visible in real time in the BO preview, exactly as it will appear on your customers' cards.
